		<description>I have to say that as ridiculous this is, it sums up NJ law in a nutshell.  It proves that you don&#039;t have to be liable for your own actions, because there is always someone else to blame.  Someone in traffic that is trying to be curteous can wave you on, and that apparently relinquishes you of the responsibility to make sure that traffic is clear before you proceed past that vehicle.  Common sense really went out the window here and this is the type of case that makes me sick and embarrased to live in this liberal state!</description>
